Window Film does NOT block your view --- Sunscreens do
Window Film has a 99% - 99.9% UV protection - Suncreens offer UV protection, but no percentage was found on the websites I visited.
LLumar and Vista Window Films can be cleaned like any other window -- Sunscreens need to be removed in order to clean your windows
Longevity
Sunscreens typically begin to fail after 10-12 years and will need to be replaced.

installed for normal use as exterior fixed screening. Sunscreen material is also covered
by this warranty for use in retractable roller systems. This warranty does not cover damage to screen from any source outside of (name of company), nor does it cover gradual fading." (It WILL fade in Arizona -- if window film does -- it is 100% covered -- everything!) This is what will be covered if yours fails after 2 years
